Citibank is a part of the largest international financial corporation with more than 200 years of history and it is looking for Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering of business requirements, analysis and clarifications directly with business users, preparation of analysis documentation in English in standard templates.
  • Preparation of functional requirements and direct communication with vendor development team.
  • Estimation of analysis efforts.
  • Control over vendor development team execution progress.
  • Participation in UAT, support of end users during UAT.
  • Review of Development test plan and UAT plan.
  • Communications with different Citigroup teams across different geographies.
  • Fully comply with all corporate and external policies and standards.
  • Report any issues requiring management attention appropriately.
  • Perform other functions as requested by Management, which are in line with position objective.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience 3+ years (banking, finance companies or vendors, with projects in these spheres).
  • Excellent soft skills and customer-oriented mind.
  • Master degree or equivalent in IT / Economics.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
  • Understanding of capital markets and/or custody products is advantage.
  • SQL (queries of minor and middle complexity) for data analysis is advantage.
  • Ability to work on several project tasks wit.
