Job Description

As our Finance Specialist, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for managing our global financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Reporting: Consolidating financial data from various countries, preparing detailed cash flow statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
  • Accounting: Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations in multiple jurisdictions and implementing tax optimization strategies.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with accounting providers across different countries and identifying new providers for expanding markets.
  • Investment Management: Supporting investment activities and managing related financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance or accounting role.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
