About the Role:
Join our team to lead seamless global supply chain operations, supporting strategic growth across multiple marketplaces!
As the Amazon Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you will directly support our growth by refining our international shipment process, enhancing inventory flow, and streamlining 3PL coordination ensuring the maintenance of high standard and on-time deliveries and cost-effective logistics.
What you’ll be responsible for:

Streamline International Shipment Process:
Oversee the logistics for international shipments across the US, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, and Mexico. Establish a seamless, cost-effective logistics process for all international shipments, from supplier to final delivery. This includes handling customs clearance, keeping deliveries on time (aiming for a 95% on-time rate), and ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements.

Optimize Inventory Management and Stock Levels Across Marketplaces:
Use tools like Scale Insights to plan and manage inventory across Amazon FBA, AWD, and other channels like Shopify, Walmart, and Etsy. Aim to keep products in stock at a rate of 98% or higher by staying on top of sales trends, working closely with our third-party warehouses (3PLs), and restocking when needed.

Strengthen 3PL Coordination and Compliance:
Set clear standards for how our 3PL partners handle inventory, labeling, and shipments. Improve 3PL communication efficiency and regularly check on their performance, look for cost-saving options, and make improvements to keep things running smoothly and avoid delays.

Work with Suppliers and Ensure Quality
Coordinate with suppliers to check product quality and handle related paperwork. Document COGS and manage related administrative tasks. Keep costs organized, troubleshoot Amazon listings as needed, and explore ways to improve logistics with Amazon’s programs.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proficiency with Amazon FBA, Shopify, Walmart, and Etsy logistics, as well as budgeting and cost optimization for logistics
- Proficiency with Amazon logistics tools, Scale Insights, Flexport, and major shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
- Familiarity with 3PL coordination, customs clearance, and shipping tools.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export tariffs, taxes and HS/HTC codes
- Knowledge of shipping practices for additional markets, including Japan, Mexico, and the EU.
- Understanding of inventory management principles, especially for multi-marketplace operations.
- Basic financial acumen for budgeting and cost control in logistics.
Nice-to-have’s:
- Experience with social media-based e-commerce logistics.
- Background in data analytics for trend analysis and forecasting.
