TASKS:

  • The main aim is to support our emerging markets across 8 diverse Business Units, including a huge operational base across 10+ manufacturing sites present 7 different countries.
  • Contribute to implementing HR initiatives that drive our 3-year people roadmap in the region and work closely with the HR team in manufacturing sites to execute our roadmap, addressing day-to-day HR needs while supporting broader transformational goals.
  • Projects Management:;
    • Partner in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones and deliverables;
    • Collaborate with cross-factory teams to ensure timely execution, coaching, escalation;
    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Functional development plan:
    • Partner with Global and Country team to integrate the functional training plan for Procurement and Operations;
    • Support the design and implementation of training programs that are relevant to zone-wide audience;
    • Track employee participation and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Tracking:
    • Prepare monthly performance review updates leveraging data from systems and gathering insights from HR Managers in the factories;
    • Identify trends and anomalies in data and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Internal Communications:
    • Support in design and deployment of internal communication strategy that builds a strong sense of community and connection in the two functions- Operations and Procurement;
    • Support the planning and execution of typical communication tools- such as employee townhalls and newsletters, including content preparation and logistics coordination.
  • Manufacturing Excellence Program ownership:
    • Support factories in integrating the program into daily HR processes, offering a stronger employee experience to both salaried and hourly employees;
    • Be the SPOC for the zone in cascading program updates from Global team, and vice-versa in taking regional updates to the Global team for continuous improvement;
    • Participate in annual audits on the program to ensure accurate evidences / submissions against the implemented processes and deliverables through the year.

OUR FUTURE TEAM MEMBER HAS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, HR or Psychology or Business Administration will be preferred;
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in a large, multi-national organization;
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including multi-cultural communication, experience in creating internal communications is not mandatory but will be preferred;
  • Excellent usage of PowerPoint & Excel- intermediate to advance level understanding needed;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to cross-regional stakeholders across different leadership levels;
  • Candidate should be willing to travel to countries mentioned (as needed);
  • Fluent English language.
