Lev Haolam is seeking an experienced HRD to become a part of a dynamic and result driven international team of professionals. You will play a key role in searching and sourcing candidates, maintaining the candidate database, tracking applications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in disputed territories of Israel through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Create organizational structures from scratch in startups or transform existing structures for companies with 100-150 employees, tailored to business needs.

  • Build and automate end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding, using recruiting metrics.

  • Implement and analyze HR analytics, utilizing metrics to monitor performance.

  • Lead HR team, including remote teams, automating processes and establishing effective communication systems within teams.

  • Develop and implement KPI/OKR and other performance evaluation systems.

  • Implement both monetary and non-monetary incentive programs from scratch, with experience launching motivation programs.

  • Organize initiatives to increase employee engagement and enhance corporate culture, with proven results in improving loyalty and satisfaction levels.

  • Develop and implement HR policies for distributed teams, including absence management, leave policies, flexible schedules, and time tracking.

  • Manage the HR budget and develop employee growth plans, career pathing, and training programs.

  • Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Implement and use HRIS and ATS to automate HR processes.

  • Build and develop the company’s HR brand while upholding corporate values and ethics.

Requirements:

  • HR experience in the USA, Israel, and CIS markets.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts across all employee levels.

  • Knowledge of corporate psychology (e.g., OCEAN test), and the ability to assess candidates’ and employees’ psychological profiles.

  • Deep understanding of Israeli culture and work environment.

  • High stress tolerance, able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment without losing focus.

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
