Core Responsibilities:
- Lead system development and enhancements in collaboration with IT and service providers.
- Support and improve analytical processes tied to the systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems within the area of responsibility, including control over data integration and manual uploading of required information into the systems
- Develop and maintain reports related to the systems, including KPI dashboards
- Provide support and training to users on systems and reports
- Demonstrate problem-solving creativity to identify innovative solutions for system and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring trust and alignment on project goals.
- Take part at efficiency improvement projects;
- Communication with business, marketing, finance, IT and other departments
Preferred Knowledge:
- Field team operations and SFA (Sales Force Automation) systems.
- Sales and promotion forecasting systems.
- SKU recognition systems using image recognition technologies.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and system-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot) and Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and VBA is a plus.
- Ability to manage large data sets and complex processes.
- Effective communication, responsiveness, and proactivity.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
