Since 2015, Multilogin is a leading anti-detect browser for web-automation and multi accounting.

Stack: Go, Node.js, Java Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Redis, AWS, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Jira, Confluence

Take control of the growth and strategy for the team developing the core of our product’s back-end. We’re working with an API fist approach, which means all features and functionality is provided to applications and front-end implementations. We’re working with tens of millions of transactions every day and performance is a key aspect of getting things done right

You’d need to hire a team and drive the team towards achieving technical excellence through mentorship, professional development, and effective communication. Most important, encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years back-end development experience, 1 year of experience in leading a team
  • Excellent Golang and SQL knowledge, unit testing, integration testing, security testing for code
  • Basic knowledge of Node.js and Java
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • You'll be focusing on:

    Leadership:

  • Maintain high team efficiency, development speed and high quality of resulting work
  • Be responsible for running team ceremonies, setting daily work goals, ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product organization
  • Lead, supervise and motivate employees, performs regular 1:1s with each member of their team
  • Development:

  • Act as a mid or senior developer within the team, for 50% of the time
  • Build the supporting services, rewrite some services based on requirements from Product Owner
