We are seeking a talented and motivated Head of Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full C&B cycle, leading the design, implementation, communication, total rewards program and benefits. The Head of C&B will ensure that programs are competitive, cost-efficient, and aligned with the overall strategy of the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide full C&B cycle for Russia:
- Leadership of current compensation processes and lead action plan developing;
- Responsible for Annual Salary Review;
- Individual Salary Review;
- Performance cycle support;
- Incentives administration;
- Control and Organization of communication on C&B topics;
- Developing benefit programs;
- Lead in personnel costs budgeting process;
- Organization and providing C&B reporting and analysis;
- Lead in implementation and support C&B tools for HR and management;
- Develop HR on C&B (webinars, trainings and workshops);
- Lead in projects on non-material motivation;
- Support and collaboration with other departments on wellbeing programs;
- Developing and managing of C&B team (2);
- Regular reporting and communications with HQ;
Capabilities:
- Minimum of 2.5-3 years of proven experience in C&B on a managerial position;
- Ability to negotiate and communicate, and implement changes in C&B policies and practices;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Solid practical knowledge of the Russian labor code;
- Permanente updating in C&B environment;
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities;
- Ability to manage large volumes of information;
- Upper-intermediate English (able to negotiate in English);
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office;
