QUALIFICATIONS:
— Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sphere with MENA region.
— Skills: Solid experience and ability to coordinate successful deals with RevShare(%) and hybrid payment models;
— Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
— Language: Advanced Arabic and high level of English.
— Motivation: A results-driven individual with a hunger for success and a strong work ethic.
— Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming markets, including key players, trends, and technologies.Understanding the specifics of Affiliate Marketing (traffic sources, payment models, fraud, etc).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners on Social Media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Telegram, etc).
— Portfolio Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and performing at their best.
— Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates.
— Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to expand the affiliate network.
— Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate commission structures and contracts with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
— Reporting: Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, revenue generation, and growth opportunities.
— Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
