Role Overview

Head of Marketing Global is responsible for leading our marketing team and driving the development and implementation of global strategy that fuel brand growth and business expansion on international markets. This is a unique opportunity to unite skilled professionals from diverse marketing areas — such as strategy, digital marketing, content, PR, product marketing, and more — into a unified team working towards common goals.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Create a global marketing strategy for B2B customer acquisition, including SMB/SME and Enterprise segments.

  • Develop and manage the marketing funnel: from traffic generation to conversion to customers.

Content and Brand Management:

  • Develop Voximplant's brand Value Proposition for international markets.

  • Formate content goals (brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention).

  • Manage content creation (articles, cases, white papers, videos, webinars, etc.) for various stages of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).

  • Create Evergreen Content long term traffic.

  • Plan the content calendar and formats of materials.

  • Localize content for different regions, considering cultural and language differences.

  • Develop educational materials: guides, tutorials, video instructions, courses, etc.

ABM and Key Account Management:

  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to target key clients.

  • Support personalized approaches in marketing materials and campaigns.

  • Develop personalized content for key accounts (Account-Specific Content, Person-Based Marketing).

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Manage analytics: monitor key metrics and optimize campaigns.

  • Use data to improve content and marketing activities.

  • A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

  • Analyze effectiveness of marketing expenses and increasing ROMI.

SEO and Digital Marketing:

  • Redesign company’s websites to increase conversions.

  • Manage contextual advertising and digital campaigns in key markets.

  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to boost organic traffic.

  • Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube).

  • Set up marketing automation: email, lead nurturing, triggered emails.

  • Use landing pages and blog to generate leads through SEO.

PR, Social Media, and Affiliate Programs:

  • Develop PR activities and interact with the media.

  • Work with local influencers in relevant professional fields.

  • Organize company participation in exhibitions, conferences, and other events.

  • Develop partnership programs (reseller, affiliate).

Leadership:

  • Hire and develop a team to achieve the company’s goals.

  • Lead the marketing team, including content marketers, digital specialists, and analysts.

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success departments.

Your previous experience:

  • Experience in annual/quarterly planning, developing organizational structures, and aligning marketing strategies with company goals.

  • Ability to combine analytical and creative approaches, make data-driven decisions and analyze causality.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, collaborating with C-level executives and key stakeholders, internally and externally.

  • Experience leading teams with a hands-on approach.

  • Quick learner with understanding of PaaS/SaaS model, product metrics, and the CPaaS/CCaaS markets would be a plus.
