Helpdesk Specialist

We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist Level 1-2

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Linux and PC on a power-user level
• Knowledge of Internet principles of operation, its public protocols and ports control
• Good command of written English (Intermediate and higher level)
• Business communication skills; ability to communicate in a polite, professional manner
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to search and analyze information quickly, attention to detail
• Motivation to work with Linux
