Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs and implement and monitor training programs.

Qualifications

  • Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition skills
  • HR Policy Implementation and Compliance knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • English level is upper-intermediate
