We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (8+ years) to drive the development and launch of innovative physical products. You will be responsible for validating market demand, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring product success through data-driven decision-making. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Develop and execute product testing strategies to validate demand before mass production.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities, trends, and positioning.
- Oversee MVP launches, landing pages, and test campaigns to gather real user feedback.
- Analyze customer insights, sales data, and engagement metrics to refine product concepts.
- Collaborate closely with design, R&D, and performance marketing teams to optimize product-market fit.
- Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies based on test results.
- Work with paid media teams to run A/B tests and ad campaigns for early-stage validation.
- Continuously improve product performance by identifying scalability and efficiency opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in e-commerce or physical product development.
✅ Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
✅ Hands-on experience with landing page builders, A/B testing, and ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
✅ Deep understanding of consumer psychology, purchasing behavior, and conversion optimization.
✅ Proven ability to launch, scale, and optimize successful physical products.
✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration.
✅ Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with shifting priorities.
