MEV Bots Engineer (EVM Blockchains)

Дата размещения вакансии: 13.11.2025
Работодатель: EmFi Technologies Limited
Уровень зарплаты:

Город:
Москва
Требуемый опыт работы:
От 3 до 6 лет

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on MEV engineer to build and optimize autonomous trading bots across EVM chains. You’ll dive deep into mempools, on-chain data, and DeFi mechanics to design and run strategies that extract value efficiently, ethically, and profitably. Expect full ownership, fast feedback loops, and plenty of room to experiment.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and iterate on MEV strategies — arbitrage, sandwich, liquidation, backrunning, and beyond.

  • Develop high-performance bots that monitor mempools, simulate bundles, and execute at scale.

  • Integrate with Flashbots / private relays for stealth and efficiency.

  • Research and prototype new MEV angles across DeFi protocols and chains.

  • Continuously optimize gas usage, latency, and execution logic.

What You Bring

  • Deep understanding of EVM internals, DeFi protocols, and transaction flow.

  • Strong coding skills in Solidity, Python, or Rust.

  • Experience with on-chain bots, Flashbots, or custom mempool infrastructure.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a bias toward shipping fast in production environments.

Bonus Points

  • Multi-chain deployment experience (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, BSC, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Foundry, ethers-rs, or custom RPC setups.

  • Contributions to open-source MEV or DeFi infrastructure.

What We Offer

  • Performance-based bonuses directly tied to bot profitability.

  • Token or equity options aligned with long-term project growth.

  • Remote, async-first culture — flexible hours, zero micromanagement.

  • Access to cutting-edge MEV infra (private RPCs, custom relays, simulation clusters).

  • Freedom to experiment — test new strategies, chains, or tooling.

  • Path to product — if you ever want to pivot from pure MEV into building products, tools, or DeFi protocols, we’ll support that move.

  • A small, crypto-native collective of researchers, traders, and engineers who care about impact and execution.

How to Apply
Include your GitHub, on-chain proof-of-work (bots, contracts, strategies), or any past projects that showcase your skills in the cover letter.
