National Sales Manager CH
Job Description:
- Managing the Country sales, achieving sales targets
- Territory planning
- Regular sales effectiveness analysis (in line with targets and KPIs)
- Managing, recruiting, training, coaching and developing employees (Regional Managers and representatives in the regions)
- Managing professional networks at different levels, building effective relations with KOLs and scientific societies
- Participation in Marketing plans development
- Effective cross-functional collaboration across the company
- Developing business opportunities
Location: Moscow
Reporting to BUH CH
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Higher education
- People management experience in Pharma industry for not less than 4 years
- Territory planning experience and organizational structure of Field Force
- Analytical thinking and strategic thinking, ability to independently set targets and KPIs
- Knowledge and skills of recruiting, managing and developing people, including remote management of regional people
- Financial and Marketing competencies (ability to effectively manage the budgets)
- Strong Leadership
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of English - not lower than Intermediate level
- High level of work efficiency, ability to work in stressful situations
- Advanced PC user
Readiness for business trips is a must (40-50%).
