We are looking for both experienced Crewing Managers and motivated professionals ready to be trained in this field.
You will be manning various vessel types, including tankers, gas carriers (LNG/LPG), bulkers, container ships, and offshore fleets. Recruitment covers all crew ranks, with a strong focus on officers. We partner with leading international shipping companies across the Middle East and Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, as well as coordinating meetings between seafarers and shipowners.
- Preparing seafarer CVs, application forms, and dossiers.
- Verifying and validating crew documentation packages.
- Providing full operational support to seafarers throughout their contract duration.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records in Bitrix24 CRM.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English (assessed during the interview; actively used daily to evaluate candidates).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of international maritime conventions and Russian maritime legislation.
- Work experience: candidates without prior crewing experience are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree from one of the following universities: Admiral Ushakov Maritime State University / Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping / Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University / Admiral Nevelskoy Maritime State University.
- Experience in recruiting officer personnel for tankers, gas carriers (LNG/LPG), bulkers, container ships, or offshore fleets.
We Offer:
- On-site position in a comfortable office (Kirovsky District, Narvskaya metro station): fully equipped workplace and kitchenette provided.
- Base salary of 40,000 RUB, with a total monthly earning potential of 150,000 RUB and above.
- Standard 5-day workweek: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
