Работа на строительной площадке, вблизи посёлка Усть-Луга (Ленинградская область)
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of functions of author supervision over civil and steel structure construction works at the construction site;
- Keeping an author supervision log, control over timely and high-quality fulfillment of all requirements and instructions of author's supervision log;
- Working with as-built documentation (checking, signing);
- Participating in inspections of works on site;
- Interaction with a design institute, subcontractors, Client, and authorities (if necessary), ensuring timely resolution of all technical issues related to detail design documentation that arise during construction, including approval of deviations of work performed from working documentation, changes implementation into detail design at site, in cooperation with design institute if required.
- Higher education in Industrial and Civil Construction field (ПГС);
- Additional education in the field of construction of oil refining facilities is preferable;
- Total work experience in the field of design and construction for at least 10 years;
- Work experience in construction control / architectural supervision of general construction works for at least 3 years;
- Experience in the implementation of the construction of highly hazardous facilities;
- Experience in working with foreign companies is desirable;
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (optional);
- English of an intermediate level (B1-B2) is preferable.
- Official employment, fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026;
- 6-days working week (sunday — day off);
- Work at the construction site (Ust-Luga)
- Annual leave 31 days
- Living in camp
