Responsibilities:

  • Consultations and technical support on the entire ATEN product line for integrators and customers;
  • Training for users and partners;
  • Testing and analysis of ATEN devices, issuing conclusions on compliance with the declared characteristics;
  • Adaptation and translation of technical documentation;
  • Regular communication with the head office of the company in order to refine and improve the functionality of devices in accordance with market requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ProAV systems, understanding of the main interfaces and technologies;
  • Experience with Kramer, AMX, Crestron, Extron or other control systems;
  • Experience in administering local networks, including the base (DHCP, IGMP, VLAN, trunk);
  • Setting up switches L2, L3, operation and routing with Multicast;
  • Experience with AV over IP, VoIP, videoconferencing, basic knowledge of MJPEG, H.264/265;
  • Experience in verbal and written consultations and technical support;
  • Sociability;
  • Knowledge of English technical language (fluent);
  • Readiness to travel to the customer's site as part of technical support / commissioning;
  • Personal qualities: responsibility, meeting deadlines, ability to work in a team.
  • Strong negotiation skills;

Conditions:

  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, from 9:30-18:30, flexible (1 hr for lunch time), others according to the local Labor Law.
