Marketing Partnership Manager

Сейчас мы ищем Менеджера по партнерскому маркетингу, который поможет стать нам еще лучше.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop strategic partnerships (commercial, non-commercial, barter) with key international and Russian partners; prospect and identify new partnerships opportunities abroad.
• Set-up and execute activations for specific target audience, occasion, region (including 360 campaigns).
• Work cross functionally, aiming to meet and exceed both internal and external expectations to ensure long-term growth.
• Manage operational details.
• Report on plans and results to management, develop required analytics and metrics to track the results.
• Manage partnership documentation.

Requirements:

• Higher education: Marketing, Management, Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant, proven experience in partnerships management, marketing communications.
• Proven success in developing, executing and sustaining partnerships projects or deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Russian, including presentation, negotiating skills and ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environment.
• Pro-activeness: with the passion to strive to go beyond what is required of the role. Possess the ability to prioritize well, and solve challenges.
• Ability to estimate and commercialize own assets potential.
• Ability to structure, develop, and model a business case.
• Ability to think, analyze and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Result oriented, self-starter, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
• Experience in legal discussions of commercial terms.
