SAP IT Specialist

Обязанности:

• Monitor and maintain the SAP system, including performing backups, applying patches, and resolving errors.
• Provide technical support and training to end users on SAP modules
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements, and propose solutions using SAP functionalities.
• Test and implement changes and enhancements to the SAP system, following change management procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices, and adhere to data security and quality policies.
• Work on local IT issues, such as network, hardware, software, and printer problems.
• Coordinate with other IT staff and external consultants on SAP projects and tasks.
• Stay updated on SAP trends and developments, and recommend improvements and innovations.
• Cooperation with headquarters IT in Korea. For all necessary questions including: SAP System and moduls and parts related to this.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP system administration and support.
• Knowledge of SAP modules, such as MM, PP, SD, and FI, and their integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues, and provide clear and concise documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team and with end users.
• Experience in local IT support and maintenance.
• Fluency in English. Good ability to communicate with Korean colleagues.
