Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive clients and user acquisition for our platform.
Key responsibilities:

Strategy: build and execute the marketing strategy for client and expert acquisition.

Content marketing: content is expected to secure acquisition of talent and clients by:
-
Build and execute webinar / online meet-ups strategies;
-
Leverage UGC generated in communities under our management for client acquisition;

Podcast creation, from generating topic ideas to production.

SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive online visibility and traffic.

Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and grow experts base.

Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and campaign management and managing PR agencies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Use data to drive continuous improvement.

Brand awareness: Help establish and accelerate awareness of the product brand.
-
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze clients feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences. Use this information to guide product development and marketing efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.

Independent Problem-Solving: Identify problems and propose solutions independently, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: ideal candidate is expected to have 8+ years of experience building B2C and B2B products. Big plus if you have worked with two-sided marketplaces (e-commerce, ride-hailing, …) and have a proven track record of working within a product-led growth (PLG) motion.

Content marketing: strong content marketing experience.

SEO: proven experience with SEO strategies and implementation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Independence: Experience working independently, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.

Email Marketing: Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
