Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans to enhance market presence.
  • Identify innovative business opportunities to drive growth and improve brand performance.
  • Support the creation and execution of promotional strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness and profitability.
  • Develop strong brand positioning and communication strategies to effectively target consumers.
  • Oversee consumer and trade promotions, as well as marketing events, to ensure optimal brand exposure.
  • Manage the digital footprint of the brand, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting digital campaigns (involving digital agencies/bloggers), with a creative and strategic approach.
  • Maintain and update the brand's website and corporate site content.
  • Lead the new product development (NPD) process to expand product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • Track key marketing parameters, such as pricing, distribution, and POS, to enhance brand positioning and optimize product performance.
  • Work closely with other business units to implement business plans that meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights for brand development.
  • Monitor and control budget expenses while ensuring efficient document workflow.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience managing external agencies.
  • Hands-on experience in digital promotion, including briefing, oversight, and execution.
  • Expertise in managing BTL and PR activities.
  • Experience in budget planning and P&L management for assigned portfolios.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing, brand management, and product development principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in English (intermediate level).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive leadership and a positive, enthusiastic approach.

Additional information: Remote work/Home office for 1 year, then - office in Moscow + business trips to Uzbelistan
