Your responsibilities & goals
- Customer Onboarding
- Strategic Account Management, Relationship Nurturing
- Customer Advocacy
- Proactive Support & Issue Resolution
- Renewals and Expansion
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Team Leadership and Mentorship (a bit later on)
You got
- Impeccable C2 or native speaker level of American Business English
- 3+ years of experience in B2B CSM, preferably within the SaaS industry, English-speaking markets
- Solid understanding of North American (USA & Canada) markets & experience working with US-based clients & partners
- Would be a huuuge plus: experience establishing new processes & systems within org, familiarity with AI, data & CSM tech stack / tools, and providing training for other CSMs.
