Your responsibilities & goals

  • Customer Onboarding
  • Strategic Account Management, Relationship Nurturing
  • Customer Advocacy
  • Proactive Support & Issue Resolution
  • Renewals and Expansion
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship (a bit later on)

You got

  • Impeccable C2 or native speaker level of American Business English
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B CSM, preferably within the SaaS industry, English-speaking markets
  • Solid understanding of North American (USA & Canada) markets & experience working with US-based clients & partners
  • Would be a huuuge plus: experience establishing new processes & systems within org, familiarity with AI, data & CSM tech stack / tools, and providing training for other CSMs.
