About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are planning to move to a bigger office in Saint Petersburg! To support this transition and ensure smooth daily operations, we’re looking for a proactive and organized Junior Office Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a comfortable and efficient workplace, assisting with administrative tasks, and taking on new challenges in a dynamic environment. Tasks:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office;
  • Handle correspondences and provide excellent front-desk service for employees and visitors;
  • Assist in the smooth transition and adaptation to a larger office space;
  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Order groceries, coffee, water and cleaning supplies; organize weekly breakfast orders;
  • Administrative Support: manage rent payments and administrative service fees, process all monthly payments, review and process taxi reports and invoice payments;
  • Submit payment requests for services via the helpdesk;
  • Facility & Vendor Coordination: arrange and oversee gardener and monitor office maintenance needs and liaise with service providers.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficiency in English (В2) and Russian (C1);
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and payment handling;
  • Proficiency in Slack, Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus;
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service;
  • Ability to assist in the smooth relocation, monitor, and adapt to a larger office space.
