Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: from searching and selecting candidates to onboarding.
- Searching for candidates for key positions in the iGaming / Betting industry.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ professional and personal qualities.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.
- Developing and implementing candidate search strategies in international markets.
- Maintaining a candidate database and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.
Requirements:

Experience as a Middle / Senior Recruiter for at least 3 years.

Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting and understanding of arbitration specifics.

Experience working with EU markets.

High level of responsibility and self-organization.

Proactivity and strong communication skills.

English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
