Responsibilities:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process (~10-15 vacancies simultaneously) in engineering, architecture, and back-office roles;
- Providing onboarding support for new employees during their probation period;
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database (Huntflow);
- Developing and implementing candidate search and attraction strategies tailored to market specifics;
- Conducting labor market analysis and monitoring industry trends;
- Participating in HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and internal communication.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment;
- Knowledge of modern recruitment and candidate assessment methods;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
