Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments, meetings, and offsite events; prepare agendas and take detailed minutes.
- Travel Management: Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately.
- Presentation Development: Create professional presentations for departmental use.
- Team Support: Assist in team building activities, staffing support, and stakeholder management.
- Procurement Management: Issue purchase orders for departmental spending and liaise with internal/external vendors.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and supplies inventory.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders; respond to inquiries professionally.
We Expect You To
- Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience within administration.
- Have university degree
- Have strong communicational skills.
- Be driving administrative processes and budgeting.
- Be IT savvy. You are highly skilled in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English and Russian at business level.
