Our client, an international pharmaceutical company, has an opening for an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments, meetings, and offsite events; prepare agendas and take detailed minutes.
  • Travel Management: Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports accurately.
  • Presentation Development: Create professional presentations for departmental use.
  • Team Support: Assist in team building activities, staffing support, and stakeholder management.
  • Procurement Management: Issue purchase orders for departmental spending and liaise with internal/external vendors.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and supplies inventory.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders; respond to inquiries professionally.

We Expect You To

  • Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience within administration.
  • Have university degree
  • Have strong communicational skills.
  • Be driving administrative processes and budgeting.
  • Be IT savvy. You are highly skilled in MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
  • Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written in English and Russian at business level.
